Traded in my truck as it needed tires, brakes, and other work. I explained that I needed a reliable vehicle. I spent $27,000, and the new (used) vehicle has a slow leak in 1 tire and a gouge out of another. Both discovered the day after purchase when my low tire light came on. Not even a month later, I now have lights on and need tires. I reached out to the dealership multiple times, and nothing has been resolved. I am so disappointed and did not budget for buying a car and tires in the same month. I did buy the additional dealer warranty, and I understand it does not cover wear parts like tires. This is about service after the sale. This unusable and unsafe condition is not from wear. The dealership agreed to replace all 4 tires. Side note; the salesperson Brian was good to work with.
Matt was very helpful! He was able to get a car to his store and sent me a video before I made the trip down. He spent a lot of time figuring out what I liked and didn’t like and made sure I was happy with my purchase! They even brought my vehicle down to me. Excellent service!
This was my first ever car purchase and they made the process super easy! Especially Matt who did his very best to keep the selections of cars in the price range I was looking for along with another person(I forgot their name). And Casey for walking us through the process on how much we would pay and also taking the time to explain the different types of insurances through them and getting me out with a 2019 Ford Escape.
After my transmission went out in my car I was dreading having to go looking for a replacement vehicle. I called Westdale Superstore and Joe was super helpful immediately, asking really good questions to try and find a fit in his inventory. Joe very patiently helped me search inventory of vehicles meeting my criteria. He ended up working to bring some different choices in from other cities and I found the perfect fit for my family and me, a Kia Sorento 2020. Joe was patient, knowledgeable and dependable. He always made sure I got a loaner when I had to leave the vehicle to get some paint touchups a few times. He always communicated with me every step of the way. I also received great customer service from Melanie, KC, and Devon! I highly recommend Westdale Used Car Superstore, this is a great group of people!

Honestly, if I could give them 100 stars I would!! I worked with Susan, Everette, Kaylon, and Casey but the entire team was phenomenal! I had specific wants in a new car and this team more then delivered! My car (a 2018 Traverse) was recently totaled and when I say I loved that car I LOVED that car and thought there was no way I would ever love a car as much as that one. This team put me in a 2020 Hyundai Palisade Limited with more bells and whistles then I could even ask for and I love this car MORE then my Traverse! This team made my experience fun and eased my anxiety about having to start over with a new car down to every last detail. I can’t thank them enough for my beautiful new mom whip and making this experience above and beyond my expectations!!!! I won’t be looking for a new car for awhile but when I do.. I will 100% go back to this crew!!
So happy! Drove 2 hours away to purchase A 2012 Ford Fusion SEL! Kaylon was my sales rep and he was amazing every step of the way!! Walked me through everything step by step, helped me find the car that worked with my budget, kept in contact with me and had everything ready when I got there so I just had to test drive and then sign paperwork so I could be on my way! I love my car! Very trustworthy, hassle-free and friendly place to get a vehicle! Huge Inventory and reasonable prices!
